Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter Trainee located in Bhopal. The role involves supporting the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various technical roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with team leads to understand technical staffing needs, managing applicant databases, conducting preliminary interviews, and contributing to the implementation of effective hiring strategies. The IT Recruiter Trainee will also gain exposure to technical recruiting best practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Skills in Hiring and Recruiting practices
• Familiarity with Technical Recruiting processes
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly
• Basic understanding of IT roles and terminology is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
