Job Description Job Title: IT Recruiter (HR Trainee) Experience: 3-9 months of experience in IT Recruitment Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Duration: 6 Months Training with PPO About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee – IT Recruitment intern to join our HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes in the IT domain, gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles (developers, testers, analysts, etc.) Work with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms for talent sourcing Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Support in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing responses Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience Collaborate with HR and technical teams to understand hiring requirements Assist in onboarding and documentation activities when needed Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, IT, or related fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of basic IT terminologies and job profiles (preferred) Good organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools Eager to learn, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Benefits Hands-on experience in IT recruitment processes Mentorship and training from experienced HR professionals Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Performance-based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity Exposure to real-world HR operations in a professional environment
