IT Recruiter Trainee

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter Trainee at our Bhopal location. The IT Recruiter Trainee will assist with the entire cycle of IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent. Key responsibilities will include understanding job requirements, engaging with candidates, and collaborating with the hiring team to meet recruitment goals. The role also involves maintaining talent databases and building relationships with qualified IT professionals.

Qualifications



• Skills in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and a solid understanding of the recruitment process
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Experience or knowledge of Hiring practices and Recruiting strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain detailed records
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the IT industry will be an added advantage
