Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter Trainee located in Agra. The IT Recruiter Trainee will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions. Day-to-day tasks include understanding job requirements, posting job ads, conducting candidate searches, and coordinating interviews. The trainee will also be involved in maintaining candidate databases and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

• Interviewing and screening expertise
• Experience with job advertising and recruiting platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
