As an IT Recruiter based in Indore, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring IT professionals, including developers, QA engineers, and DevOps experts. With at least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or staffing, you will leverage your proven track record in identifying top talent through various sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, job portals, and social media recruiting. Additionally, your familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools will be crucial in effectively managing multiple requisitions and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will play a vital role in engaging and influencing both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Moreover, your knowledge of the IT industry, including key technical skills and roles, will enable you to assess candidates effectively and match them with suitable positions. Preferred skills for this role include prior experience in recruiting for roles like software developers, data engineers, and QA testers.
