Role: Recruiter /Sr. Recruiter

Location: Noida (work from office)

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Girikon is looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires, evaluating candidates in a timely manner and managing internal clients with confidence.

Recruiters' responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, updating recruitment databases, and conducting the evaluation process with confidence. If you have experience with various recruitment tools, databases, and techniques, can manage the internal clients with confidence, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing best-suited candidates for different job requirements from multiple portals.
  • Update job descriptions and creative job posts for social media.
  • Managing internal clients & vendors with confidence on a day-to-day basis.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  • Support the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.
  • Posting job requirements on job portals.
  • Analyzing and understanding technical recruitment.
  • Identifying and evaluating the skills of the candidates with regard to the job requirements.
  • Scheduling interviews, technical rounds for the candidates.
  • Checking their communication, technical skills, availability, location, and relevant experience.
  • Gathering required documents & releasing offers.
  • Maintain database, daily tracker & weekly recruitment reports.
  • Process recruitment-related documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience hiring Salesforce developers is a big plus
  • knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficient with the recruitment process using recruitment tools and job boards.
  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques,
  • Working experience with MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • 3 to 4 years of work experience (Preferred IT Recruitment)
