IT Recruiter

Core Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Understand job descriptions and technical requirements from hiring managers. Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and referrals. Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to find niche IT skills. Screening & Evaluation: Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates' technical and communication skills. Validate experience, notice period, CTC/ECTC, and willingness to relocate (if applicable). Client Coordination: Communicate with clients or hiring managers to understand job requirements and share shortlisted profiles. Schedule interviews, share feedback, and ensure timely updates. Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, prepare offer rollouts, and coordinate with HR/clients for smooth onboarding. Follow up with selected candidates until joining and handle dropouts proactively. Database & Reporting: Maintain a strong candidate database with detailed records. Prepare daily/weekly reports on pipeline, closures, and interview status. Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with current IT market trends, skills in demand, and competitor hiring strategy. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.). Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in high-volume and target-driven environments. Prior experience in contractual, permanent, or RPO-based hiring is a plus.
