Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding).

• Work on client hiring mandates and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Handle B2B hiring requirements effectively.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes, evaluate technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews.

• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of core experience in IT recruitment.

• Hands-on experience in IT hiring, client hiring, and B2B recruitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.

• Prior experience in the education/training industry preferred.

• Strong sourcing skills via portals, social media, and professional networks.
