Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

This role requires a strong understanding of IT job functions, tech stacks, and industry trends to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client hiring requirements for IT roles such as software developers, data analysts, system administrators, cloud engineers, etc.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and assess technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
  • Maintain candidate and client data accurately in the ATS/CRM system.
  • Provide timely feedback to both parties and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technology trends, market conditions, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Meet monthly targets for placements, submittals, and interviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a technical or IT recruiter, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Familiarity with common IT roles, programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster) LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with common IT roles, programming languages, framewor
