Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The BDM will play a key role in expanding the client base and promoting our recruitment services across targeted markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions. Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to closing the deal and ensuring successful handover to the delivery team. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure the clients requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled. Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as needed. Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity. Desired profile of the candidate: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of recruitment and staffing industry trends is a plus. Min. Exp.
