IT Recruiter

You will be responsible for managing full-cycle IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles. This includes understanding client requirements and job specifications clearly, and then sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Evaluating candidates" technical and soft skills through telephonic interviews will be a key part of your role, as well as coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Following up on interview feedback and managing offer negotiations will also be within your responsibilities. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future C2H openings is essential. You will need to maintain recruitment-related data, reports, and trackers while ensuring compliance with internal hiring processes and timelines. Your experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus and passion on C2H hiring, will be crucial for success in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, are also required. Key qualifications include 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, any graduate/postgraduate degree, familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruiting tools, and a good understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
