JD:

Responsibilities

Competent professional with over 2- 3 years of rich experience in Recruiting, Temp Staffing,Vendor management & co-ordination.
Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition sites.
Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
Ability to meet daily targets.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations

Skills/Experience

Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Should be an excellent team player
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
Strong Sourcing skills.

Experience In IT Hiring

Career Break, Gap Year are Accepted.

This is a Work from Office- 5 days of Week

Job Location-Koregaon Park,Pune

The exact salary will be offered once the Interview is done.
