• Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.

Client Management

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
• Offer insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
