Job Description

We're Hiring: IT Technical Recruiter
Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office 5 Days a Week)
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Contract for 3 Months, post that will convert full time based on performance, Immediate Joiners Preferred

What You will Do:

Source and screen candidates for various IT roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Exp - 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
