Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: ✅ Source and screen candidates for IT roles in the US market ✅ Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand requirements ✅ Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle ✅ Build strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing strategies What We’re Looking For: ✔ Experience in US staffing and recruitment ✔ Familiarity with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Driven, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
