Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Create and manage job postings on various platforms
Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruiter for IT roles. Working experience in IT product based organisation will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.Must have working knowledge of any ATS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Work experience in a placement consultancy will not be considered.
