About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse IT roles via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of IT technologies and industry trends.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
