Job Title: IT RecruiterCompany: Megan Soft Location: Chennai, Navallur Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement sourcing strategies, and deliver the best candidates for our growing organization. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies. Source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate technical and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Manage the End to End recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Stay updated on IT industry hiring trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices. Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS, and reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate (Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field preferred). Experience: 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience . Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT domains, including Software Development, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Embedded Systems & Hardware. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage salary discussions and finalize offers effectively. Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Tools & Systems: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. Talent Acquisition Strategies: Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
