Job Overview

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for IT-related positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help build a strong team by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, a deep understanding of the technology industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 0-1 Years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment management, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Sourcing profiles from Job portals, Professional Networking Sites,(naukri.com, Linkedin our internal database etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills.
• Should have good technical knowledge Internal Database and References to match client requirement.
