Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a fresher in the HR domain, you will assist in the recruitment and onboarding of entry-level. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as job portals, social media.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Coordinate with internal teams for interview feedback and hiring decisions.
Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of the recruitment process
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
