Internship Overview

We are looking for a driven IT Recruiter Intern to join our team and support technical hiring efforts. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles across technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Source profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) for IT roles such as Java, Python, Full Stack, QA, Data Analyst, etc.
• Screen candidates based on job descriptions and technical skill requirements
• Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews to assess communication and fit
• Schedule interviews with technical panels or clients and follow up for feedback
• Maintain and update candidate trackers, reports, and daily MIS
• Coordinate with internal technical teams or clients for hiring updates
• Understand IT skillsets, current trends, and basic technical terms

Who Can Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fields
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with interest in IT hiring welcome)
• Excellent communication skills (English required)
• Strong learning attitude and ability to understand basic technical roles
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing preferred
• Organized, target-oriented, and proactive
