Internship Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller Interns to support our business and counseling teams in engaging leads, explaining our services, and scheduling follow-ups. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in client communication, lead nurturing, and inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students, job seekers, or corporate clients
• Explain company services, training programs, and placement support
• Maintain call logs, update CRM records, and follow up consistently
• Listen actively to understand candidate/client needs and direct them accordingly
• Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to the internal team
• Share daily work updates and performance metrics

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling/customer support/sales (Freshers welcome)
• Good spoken communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages
• Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to handle rejections and work towards daily targets
