Internship Overview

We are hiring motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter Interns to support bulk and individual hiring across various industries. This internship provides hands-on experience in high-volume hiring, screening, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.) and social platforms
• Handle recruitment for Non-IT roles like BPO, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, Healthcare, Admin, etc.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess suitability and communication
• Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and maintain daily hiring trackers
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and clients to understand job descriptions
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress
• Maintain data confidentiality and process compliance

Who Can Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Business/Commerce preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers are welcome)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable handling high-volume hiring
• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
