Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Telecaller Intern, located in Kakori. The Telecaller Intern will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining services, answering inquiries, and maintaining client databases. Interns will need to handle routine follow-ups, manage leads, and support the sales team by providing feedback from clients during communication.

Qualifications

Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in data entry and managing client records
Team collaboration and adaptability skills to offer excellent client service
Previous knowledge or interest in telecalling and customer engagement is beneficial
