About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern who can support our sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales & marketing understanding, and the ability to convince potential customers. The role also includes handling customer queries across online platforms, WhatsApp, and basic social media communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain product details clearly.
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into customers.
• Communicate confidently in Hindi and English, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Handle customer queries on online platforms, comments, inbox, and WhatsApp with smart and quick responses.
• Assist the sales and marketing team with basic promotional activities.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on calls, conversions, queries, and customer feedback.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
• Offer basic customer support, resolve simple issues, and escalate complex queries when required.
• Support in basic social media tasks such as replying to comments, responding to messages, and sharing updates when needed.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide smart, polite, and helpful replies to customers.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp communication and basic customer support etiquettes.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to prepare clear and structured reports.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
