Role Overview: As an HR Intern - Recruitment, you'll assist in sourcing and screening candidates via
the Naukri portal, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This role offershands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates primarily through Naukri portal,

along with other job portals and social media channels.

• Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and ensure smooth

communication with candidates.

• Maintain and update candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment records.
• Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and

ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Engage with passive candidates, understand their career aspirations, and inform them about

open roles.

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies

and streamline processes.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn portal and other online recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
