About the Role:

IT Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) based on client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in initial telephonic screenings and candidate assessments.
• Support the HR and recruitment team in daily operational activities.
• Work closely with the recruitment lead to understand client hiring needs and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Prior

  HR Internship experience

  (especially in sourcing, screening, or recruitment coordination).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with major

  job portals and social media sourcing

• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
