Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Source and screen candidates for

    Hardware, Embedded, VLSI, Board Design, FPGA, ASIC, Firmware, Validation, and RF

    roles.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels: job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, employee referrals, etc.
  • Evaluate technical skills, domain knowledge, communication, and overall fit.

2. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing screening scheduling offer negotiation onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and project expectations.
  • Drive proactive hiring for niche and high-demand hardware skills.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, technical interview panels, and project leaders.
  • Provide regular updates, recruitment dashboards, and hiring status reports.

4. Candidate Management

  • Conduct detailed technical discussions to understand candidate experience in hardware engineering.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Negotiate CTC, notice period, buyout options, and joining timelines.

5. Compliance & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
  • Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and timelines.
  • Support background checks, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 15 years of experience

    in IT/Engineering recruitment, specifically

    Hardware or Semiconductor hiring

    .
  • Strong understanding of hardware engineering skills such as:
    • Embedded Systems, PCB Design, Signal Integrity, Firmware, VLSI/ASIC, Validation & Testing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with ATS, HRMS, and recruitment tools.
