Job Description: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including Contract-to-Contract (C2C), Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent hiring, along with client handling responsibilities. Handle client interactions, understand their hiring needs, and provide suitable solutions. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, and job portals. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and deliver high-quality service to clients. Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding recruitment activities and progress.
