About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for various IT positions (junior to senior levels).
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience
in
domestic IT recruitment
.
Proficient in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with bulk hiring or IT service/product-based recruitment.
Strong understanding of various IT technologies and domains.
