IT Recruiter

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing).
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Specification (JS):

Experience:
12 years in IT recruitment both full time and contractual hiring.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of IT skills and technologies.
Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Additional Details:

Contract Duration:
3–6 months (extendable based on performance and business needs).
Work Mode:
5 days work from office.
