Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle technical recruitment – from sourcing and screening to hiring top tech talent. You must possess a solid understanding of technical roles, IT skillsets, and current trends in the technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for technical roles across development, QA, design, and project management teams.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.), and employee referrals.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person screening to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and track progress using ATS tools.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle onboarding coordination.
• Maintain relationships with external recruiters and recruitment platforms.
• Attend and represent the company in campus drives, job fairs, and other hiring events.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and terminologies (e.g., Full Stack Developers, QA Engineers, Game Developers, DevOps, etc.).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a proven record of meeting hiring targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,822.70 - ₹40,771.84 per month
