Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates qualifications to match them with suitable roles. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing strategies. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
