IT Recruiter (Contract) 6 Months Results-driven IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing candidates across various technologies and domains. Adept at utilizing job portals, social media, and networking to attract top talent within tight timelines. Strong understanding of contract hiring dynamics, compliance, and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: Partnered with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilized platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify and engage qualified candidates. Conducted initial screenings, scheduled interviews, and facilitated feedback collection. Negotiated salary expectations and managed offer rollouts and documentation. Ensured a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Maintained recruitment dashboards and provided regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
