Cannyfore is hiring for the below 2 positions, Position 1: D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant Position 2: D365 F&O Technical Consultant Employment: Contract for minimum 6 months Experience: 8+ yrs Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Coimbatore/Remote JD: Position 1: D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant We are looking for a seasoned D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant with at least 8 years of experience in ERP implementation and finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules and a strong background in financial business processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of D365 F&O Finance modules Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Configure core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and business stakeholders Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives Understanding of the functionality of security, data migration, and cutover activities. Testing role Need understanding of RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix) Understanding of security roles, requirement gathering, and implementation of it. Reporting requirement Rollback strategy Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience with ERP systems. Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting principles Experience with global rollouts and multi-entity implementations Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance are required. Position 2: D365 F&O Technical Consultant We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant with over 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions in the D365 Finance & Operations environment. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in X++, integrations, customizations, and experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem using X++, .NET, and related tools. Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. Customize and extend standard D365 F&O functionalities as per business needs. Develop and maintain data integrations using Data Entities, OData, DMF, and third-party APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in D365 F&O modules. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards. Participate in full lifecycle implementations including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Provide technical documentation and training to stakeholders when needed. Keep up to date with the latest D365 product releases and updates. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O technical development. Strong expertise in X++, MorphX, Visual Studio, LCS, and Azure DevOps. Experience with integrations using OData, REST APIs, and third-party middleware. Sound knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, extensibility model, and security framework. Familiarity with Financial, SCM, or Retail modules is a plus. Experience in Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration tools.• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.) is preferred. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
