Domestic IT Recruiter (1-5 Years Experience) | Hyderabad

Candidates with international hiring experience are not eligible; Only domestic IT recruitment experience will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for domestic IT positions across multiple technologies and domains.
Source, screen, and shortlist
candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews
with clients and hiring managers.
Conduct
pre-screening interviews
to evaluate candidates technical and cultural fit.
Maintain and update
candidate databases, trackers, and reports
regularly.
Follow up with candidates through the entire recruitment cycle to ensure a
smooth onboarding
experience.
Collaborate closely with
account managers and business teams
to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.
Achieve
monthly hiring targets
and ensure
timely closure
of open positions.

Requirements:

15 years of proven experience in
Domestic IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment
.
Strong expertise in sourcing through
Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job boards
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to handle
multiple requirements
and work in a
fast-paced environment
.
Basic understanding of
IT technologies and job roles
(Java, .NET, Cloud, Testing, etc.).
