Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, SAP, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Dice, etc.), and ATS.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
