Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, SAP, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.).
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Dice, etc.), and ATS.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
