About the Role

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions provided by hiring managers
Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or internal teams
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment data and reports on a daily/weekly basis
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

Internship or project experience in recruitment or HR
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Exposure to tech hiring (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)

Location
: HSR Layout, Bangalore
