IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – IT to lead end-to-end project delivery across our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management frameworks, and a proven ability to deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.

Experience Range - 8-11 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation schedules, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective coordination, motivation, and performance management.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Conduct project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project updates to leadership and clients.
• Identify project risks and issues proactively and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, security standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, including cloud and cybersecurity divisions, to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within the IT industry.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Proven track record in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or hybrid Agile environments.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a focus on results.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: From ₹70,000.00 per month
