  2. Technical Expertise:
  3. Strong working knowledge of EHR/EMR systems such as Greenway Intergy and HST Pathways.

  5. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate technical details into actionable plans.
  6. Compliance & Governance:
  7. Deep understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare IT security standards.
  8. Experience managing risk and compliance audits related to technology projects.
  9. Methodologies & Tools:
  10. Expertise in Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps, Flows, SQL, and Power BI.

Key Attributes

  1. Technically curious and adaptive — able to learn new platforms quickly.
  2. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  4. Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale projects on time and within budget.
  5. Collaborative leader focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
