IT Project Lead

Role Overview: As an IT Project Lead, you will be the central point of coordination for all software development activities within the organization. Your role will involve maintaining project schedules, prioritizing tasks, transforming business requirements into deliverables, and driving continuous improvement in tools, practices, and workflows. You will also be responsible for facilitating communication between the UK-based management team and on-ground developers, promoting a structured culture, and optimizing team capacity for delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between the UK-based management team and on-ground developers - Maintain and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met - Oversee the development work list and prioritize tasks in collaboration with management - Support the capture, clarification, and transformation of business requirements into deliverables - Chair sprint planning, stand-ups, and regular progress reviews - Monitor progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and timely intervention - Promote a structured, process-driven culture while fostering creativity and teamwork - Communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing - Assist in resource planning and optimize team capacity for delivery - Drive continuous improvement in tools, practices, and workflows Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in project scheduling, backlog management, and IT project coordination - Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail - Highly organized, analytical, and structured in approach to problem-solving - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical audiences - Competent in the use of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project - Proactive, delivery-focused, and committed to supporting team success Additional Company Details: If you're ready to lead impactful projects and make a genuine difference in delivery excellence, this role is perfect for you.
