IT Project Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Project Lead to manage software development projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, client communication, and project management skills, along with a solid technical background in web and mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT/software projects across SDLC.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing protocols, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and business analysts.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology).

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8 - 15 years of experience in IT project management or software delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile application development life cycles.
• Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong understanding of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with international clients.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Prior hands-on experience as a developer or technical lead.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
