IT Project Coordinator

As an IT Project Coordinator at our company in Thrissur, you will play a vital role in coordinating, monitoring, and supporting IT projects from start to finish. Your excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope and budget. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage multiple IT projects concurrently. - Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. - Monitor project deliverables to uphold quality standards. - Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. - Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates. - Identify potential risks, escalate issues, and contribute to developing mitigation plans. - Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and in alignment with organizational goals. - Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing requirement gathering, implementation, and closure. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support. - Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or Asana. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Problem-solving aptitude with meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Skills: - Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) would be advantageous. - Experience in software development or IT infrastructure projects. - Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards.
