Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries. Provide regular updates, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally. Meeting Management: Schedule and facilitate regular client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and deliverables. Alert the leadership team if a project is at risk of falling behind. Support & Documentation: Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office and ensure all client requirements are recorded accurately. Quality Check: Review deliverables to ensure they match the client's specific requests before submission. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT field (e.g., project coordination, admin support, or client services). Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to simplify technical updates for clients.
