IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our IT team. In this role, you will be the "glue" that holds projects together—tracking timelines, organizing tasks, and ensuring our clients receive excellent support and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Workflows: Act as the liaison between technical teams (developers/designers) and clients to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries. Provide regular updates, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
• Meeting Management: Schedule and facilitate regular client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and deliverables. Alert the leadership team if a project is at risk of falling behind.
• Support & Documentation: Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office and ensure all client requirements are recorded accurately.
• Quality Check: Review deliverables to ensure they match the client's specific requests before submission.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT field (e.g., project coordination, admin support, or client services).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to simplify technical updates for clients.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
• Tech Savvy: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Problem Solving: A proactive attitude toward resolving client issues and internal blockers.
