Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales IT Executive with at least 3+ years of expertise in lead generation, data extraction, and business growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, sales prospecting, and client engagement to help drive stable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation & Data Extraction

• Extract, analyze, and qualify leads from various sources (LinkedIn, databases, web scraping, email campaigns, etc.).
• Use lead generation tools, CRM systems, and automation techniques to build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Manage cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to engage prospects.

✅ Sales Support & Pre-Sales Activities

• Visit prospective client companies to present and sell IT services in a professional, consultative, and solutions-driven manner.(Must)
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings to showcase IT solutions.
• Develop tailored proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation for prospective clients.
• Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team for closure.

✅ Client Engagement & Business Stability

• Build long-term relationships with potential clients to ensure steady sales growth.
• Identify client pain points and recommend customized IT solutions.
• Assist in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal structuring.

✅ Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Provide insights to optimize sales strategies and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT pre-sales, lead generation, and business sales support.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, web scraping, data extraction, and CRM platforms.
• Proven track record in B2B sales prospecting and client engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and technical).
