Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:

    • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients within the enterprise and SMB segments to generate qualified leads.
    • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of telecom solutions, including IIL, Cloud Telephony, SWDEN, and IPLS.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by nurturing leads and moving them through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with the field sales team to schedule meetings and ensure a seamless handover of sales-ready opportunities.
    • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, activities, and lead status.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and sustain strong relationships with potential clients to establish trust and drive long-term partnerships.
    • Act as the initial point of contact for clients, providing timely information and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Target Achievement:

    • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meeting generation.
    • Contribute to the overall business growth by consistently driving new client acquisition.
  • Market Intelligence:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
    • Provide market and client feedback to internal teams to aid in product and service enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales or lead generation within the telecom industry.
  • Proven experience selling or generating leads for telecom products like IIL, Cloud Telephony, SWDEN, and IPLS.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone manner in both English and Hindi.
  • Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and other sales enablement tools.
  • A goal-oriented and resilient mindset, with the ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
