The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging Jira administration expertise, utilizing Agile methodologies, and scripting for automation to ensure efficient project management and integration with DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: - Leading and managing technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. - Providing advanced technical support for company IT, minimizing downtime for users. - Configuring and maintaining Jira environments, including plugins and integrations, to enhance system functionality. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure project objectives are met. - Monitoring system performance, identifying risks, and implementing solutions for system reliability. - Offering support and training to Jira users and addressing escalated support tickets. - Communicating status updates, technical challenges, and risks to stakeholders for alignment with business goals. - Evaluating support processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency in handling Jira-related issues. - Staying updated with the latest features in Jira to improve system functionality. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of extensive experience in IT support. - Deep technical knowledge in administering Jira and Google Workspace. - Familiarity with common business applications and operating systems. - Strong background in technical project management and IT support. - Knowledge of networking concepts and hardware components. - Proven track record as a Jira Administrator and Technical Project Lead. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with project management tools and customer-facing roles.
