Job Description

As a Network Administrator, you will collaborate with department heads to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs. You will devise and present ideas and strategies to meet demand and competition in the industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and maintaining documentation for network configuration, mapping, processes, and service records. - Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery. - Troubleshooting customer issues related to support services and resolving network problems. - Configuring operating systems and performing on-site installations. - Correcting and repairing clients" broadband services, troubleshooting equipment, and providing customer service and education. - Keeping detailed records of network operations and maintenance. Qualifications Required: - Diploma is required. - Minimum 1 year of total work experience. This full-time position will require in-person work at the specified location.
