IT Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and troubleshooting: Monitor network performance and health, and help diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and outages under supervision.
• Maintenance: Perform routine network maintenance, which may include updating network equipment, data servers, and applying patches and security configurations.
• Documentation: Help maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Security support: Assist in implementing and managing security tools, policies, and procedures, such as firewalls and VPNs.
• Collaboration: Work with other IT team members and vendors to resolve issues and support larger network projects and deployments.
• Support: Provide first-line technical support to users for basic network-related problems.
